What if scope changes mid-engagement?
We lock scope on day one with a brief scoping doc you sign off on. If something genuinely changes — your business pivots, a dependency breaks — we assess together. Small adjustments are absorbed. New feature requests go into the next engagement. We've never surprised a client with an overage invoice.
Do we own the work?
Yes, fully. Every workflow, integration, and documentation asset transfers to you on completion. No licensing dependencies on us. No vendor lock-in. You can modify, extend, or hand it to your internal team after we're gone.
Can our team be involved?
Yes — and we prefer it. The best engagements loop in at least one ops or tech lead from your side. They're on the weekly check-in, they review outputs before we finalize, and they own the system after handoff. White-label means your team looks good. It doesn't mean we work in a black box.
What if it doesn't work?
